BAV production facilities are designed for cGMP production of inactivated, bacterial based animal vaccines and related products. The overall facility is located inside an existing building, which are in unit DG-1, DG-2 and unit DG-3, in UPM-MTDC, Technology Centre III. There are also support areas outside the building, to house additional support systems for production.

In addition to the infrastructure stated above, shared facilities from UPM-MTDC are utilized to include an emergency power generator with diesel fuel tank, raw water tank and supply, garbage handling system, parking area and walkway to connect the separate building units.
